Hot take: the news site I read every morning quietly scrubbed a whole paragraph about a train derailment in Ohio
I read the same article on my phone at 7am and again on my laptop at lunch last Tuesday, and a whole paragraph about the cleanup crew numbers in East Palestine was just gone from the second version. I grabbed screenshots of both before they could change it again, and the edit happened without any correction note at the bottom. Has anyone else caught a news outlet doing a silent stealth edit like this, and do you bother emailing them about it or just post the shots?
