A single word got my account nuked, took me 11 days to figure out why

I posted a picture of my backyard chicken coop on a homesteading group and used the word 'grit' in the caption, meaning the feed additive. The auto-mod flagged it as hate speech because of some context filter mess. I appealed three times, no response, then finally found a buried support thread where someone said the system trips on that exact term. 11 days of back and forth just to get a canned apology and a reinstated account. Has anyone else had a totally harmless word nuke them like that? I'm scared to type 'cocktail' now in case that's somehow banned too.
