Ngl, the new pizza spot on Elm Street puts ketchup on their pizza. It's a disgrace to real chefs.

Actually in Brazil it's more of a condiment you add after, not the main sauce. They do have some wild pizza toppings though, like corn and catupiry cheese.

Ketchup on pizza is common in countries like South Korea and Brazil. The Elm Street spot might be drawing from those traditions. Calling it a disgrace is too harsh because food tastes change. Lots of people enjoy a sweeter sauce, and ketchup adds that. Chefs should be free to experiment with different ingredients. This place is just offering a new option for customers.
