PSA: Switched from a basic immersion blender to a Vitamix for my soups last month

The texture is just so much smoother and it cut my prep time in half. Anyone else have a tool upgrade that felt like a game changer?

Why spend money on a fancy knife when a ten dollar one cuts things just fine?

My buddy got a proper chef's knife and it changed his whole kitchen vibe, right?
