Bought a creosote log from a gas station in Winnemucca
Stopped for fuel on I-80 last month and grabbed a creosote log off the shelf next to the beef jerky, figured it was worth a shot for a quick clean on the rental property. It did about nothing for the buildup, but the smoke smelled like maple syrup for two days, so at least the neighbors thought I was baking. Anyone else ever grab chimney supplies from a random convenience store and get a surprise like that?
