Vent: Picked a cheap WeChat alternative for my small business and it backfired hard

Switched from Alipay to a local payment app called Jiebei after a friend recommended it for lower fees, but within 3 weeks I lost 3 customer orders because the interface was all in Chinese with no English option, has anyone else tried a smaller payment platform in China and regretted it?
