Honestly, the biggest win was figuring out that my neighborhood Facebook group already had a ride-share thread, I just never scrolled far enough. Been pairing up with two neighbors heading downtown every weekday, cuts 14 miles of solo driving per day. The trick was agreeing on a rotating pickup spot and being strict about the 8:05 departure, no exceptions.
