I always saw bulk bins as a way to save cash. After reading how packaging adds to climate change, I use them every trip. What small steps do you take at the store?

Exactly, building that system changes how you shop. After switching to bars for soap and shampoo, I started looking at other liquids. Now I get my dish soap and even lotion as refills from a local place. Your shopping list just gets shorter when you're not constantly replacing plastic bottles.

What's caught my attention lately is how these small habits stack up. I started using mesh bags for veggies instead of the plastic ones. It seems trivial, but when you do it every week, it makes a difference. I've also switched to bar soap and shampoo to cut down on bottles. Over time, you notice your trash bin isn't filling up as fast. It's about building a system where waste isn't the default option.

Been refilling my old detergent bottle at the store for months now. Cuts out so much plastic and it's honestly cheaper.
