Got back from Phoenix and the parking lots are literally cooking us
Every lot I walked across in downtown Phoenix last week was black asphalt radiating heat like a oven, so why are we still acting like reflective coatings and shade structures are some luxury instead of basic climate action, has anyone pushed their city council on this yet?
