A toolmaker with 30 years on the floor called my deburring 'polite'
He meant I was barely touching the edges and I should be cutting with more pressure instead of babying the part. So now I run a 1/4 inch carbide chamfer tool and check with a fingernail instead of just eyeballing it. Anybody else have a guy who could roast you in three words like that?
