Our shop swapped from manual tool presetting to a Renishaw probe for a month
We ran the same batch of 500 aluminum parts both ways, and the probe cut setup time by 65% and scrap dropped to nearly zero. I'm never going back to punching numbers in by hand after seeing those results. What's the biggest time-saver your shop has adopted recently?

Renishaw probes are game changers.

Okay but is it really that serious? We tried a probe a while back and yeah it was faster, but the initial cost and training bit us. Still got the job done the old way lol. Maybe @jake_thompson just works at a fancier place.
