Switched from flood coolant to mist on my Haas and the finish is way cleaner now.

I was getting constant chatter on 6061 aluminum until I dialed the mist to just a light fog, took about a week to dial in. Anyone else run mist on their mill and see a big difference in tool life?

Blew my mind when I first tried mist on aluminum (6061 is a pain, right?). I was burning through end mills every few parts with flood coolant, then switched to a tiny fog and got triple the tool life. Took me like two weeks to stop overdoing the air and find that sweet spot.
