That one day the coolant pump died and took out three jobs
Last Tuesday my coolant pump just seized up around 2pm. I was running a tight tolerance part for a medical client, tolerances at plus minus 0.0005. Lost the whole batch of 47 parts cause the tool overheated and started walking. Took me until Friday to get a replacement pump from Grainger and redo the setup. Has anyone else had a random pump failure mess up a whole week's schedule?

Weren't you running any coolant through a separate filter system?

Actually the separate filter was more for catching any debris from the pump (I had a clog issue early on). The coolant itself was still just running through the main loop, not bypassing anything.
