Hit 100 days of coding streaks last night and I'm weirdly proud of it
So I started learning Python back in January, mostly just messing around with small scripts after work. Last night I looked at my streak tracker and it said 100 days in a row. I didn't even plan it, I just told myself I'd do at least 20 minutes a day, even if it was just watching a video or reading docs. Some days I only wrote like 5 lines, and one night I literally just fixed a typo in an old file and called it done. But seeing that 100 pop up hit different because I've quit so many times before, like 3 tries in 2022 alone. The thing that kept me going was a dumb little rule: I had to open my editor before I could play any video games. Now I'm curious, do you guys track streaks or just wing it? And if you do track, what app or method do you use that doesn't feel like a chore?
