Hit 500 manual pour-over brews this morning, never counted before

I started tracking every brew in a notebook back in March 2023 and this morning's V60 was number 500, which felt weird because I never thought of myself as that dedicated, so has anyone else kept a long-term coffee log and what did your numbers look like?

Tracking 500 brews is oddly specific commitment. Mine lasted 12 days before I forgot the notebook existed.
