My morning pour over finally clicked after 8 tries this week
I've been messing with this new Ethiopian bean from a local roaster in Portland and after grinding finer and using a slower pour Wednesday morning the flavor actually matched the tasting notes for the first time, anyone else have a coffee breakthrough that felt like a small victory?

Grinding finer was the fix for me too. Went from sour to actually tasting the fruity notes after I slowed my pour way down. Small wins like that make the hobby worth it.
