Threw $150 at a fancy burr grinder that can't do espresso

Bought this expensive manual grinder off some hype online, said it was great for espresso. First few pulls were fine but now the burrs wobble and my shots are all over the place. Been fighting with it for 2 weeks and I can't get a consistent grind size no matter what. Anyone else get burned by a grinder that looked good on paper?

And what brand was the grinder exactly? I've seen some of those manual ones get wobbly when the center shaft isn't supported at the bottom. Did you check if there's a way to tighten the adjustment plate or if the burrs are seated properly?

Yeah @dixon.amy nailed it, that bottom shaft play is the usual culprit.
