Why does nobody talk about how switching from a blade grinder to a $40 hand burr grinder fixed my sour French press in 2 weeks?
Two weeks ago I was ready to ditch my French press because every cup tasted like lemon water and I blamed the beans, but grinding coarser with a hand burr grinder from Amazon made the same bag of Ethiopian beans taste like actual chocolate, so now I'm wondering what other cheap gear swaps I've been missing out on.
