Went to the Milo Yiannopoulos talk at UC Berkeley in 2017... wild night

I was in the crowd when the protests started and saw a guy smash a window over a microphone, and it made me wonder if colleges are actually protecting free speech or just picking which fights they want. Has anyone else been at a speaker event that just exploded like that?

Yeah, saw a similar thing at a talk in NY, it got super ugly fast.
