I dropped $200 on a 'complete' Silver Surfer run that was missing 4 key issues

Found a listing on a collector's site last month that said it was the full 1987 series, but when the box arrived, issues #34, #50, #75, and the annual were just not there. The seller ghosted me after I sent a message about it, so I'm out the cash with a big hole in my collection. Has anyone else gotten burned by a 'complete run' listing that wasn't actually complete?

That "complete run" thing is such a gamble. I always check the seller's other listings now, if they only sell random junk and not comics, it's a huge red flag.
