The whole office switched to AI diagnosis tools and I'm the only one who thinks they made things worse.

Before we got that ZocDoc AI add-on in March, I could fix a weird boot loop in 15 minutes by looking at the error code, but now the tool flags half the stuff as 'unknown' and sends me down rabbit holes that take an hour to backtrack from - has anyone else seen a noticeable dip in accuracy after the last update?

Our IT guy turned the AI thing off for a couple weeks last month just to test it. Boot loop fixes went back to taking 15 minutes instead of an hour. Honestly, the tool just seems to get confused by anything that isn't a super common problem. Sometimes the old ways really are faster.

And @felix155 is totally right about safe mode, that's my go-to now too. The AI overlay just adds this extra layer of confusion (especially when the problem isn't a textbook one) and honestly, who has time to fight with a tool that makes simple stuff take longer.

Have you tried running the boot loop fix from safe mode instead of through the AI? That usually cuts the time way down for me.
