Saw a YouTube video about why broom finish is dying out. Changed my mind about stamped patterns.

I always thought broom finish was the gold standard for driveways. Cheap and fast. But I watched this guy from Austin break down numbers. He showed how stamped concrete adds 15% to a home's curb appeal for only 3 bucks more per square foot. Now I'm telling clients to go stamped if they plan to sell in 5 years. Has anyone else seen that video from Texas Concrete Works?

That Texas Concrete Works guy is legit. He showed a split shot of two identical houses one with broom one with stamped and the stamped one sold in 11 days. The broom one sat for 6 weeks. Even the realtor in the video admitted buyers straight up told her the broom driveway looked dated. For 3 bucks that's a no brainer if you're flipping or selling soon.

Only 3 bucks more per square foot? That's way less than I thought.
