Watched a 30 year old slab in Tulsa get ground and polished, the before and after knocked me over

That dull gray floor in the same building looked like wet glass after 3 passes with a 30 grit and then a polish, and I keep wondering if anyone here has talked a builder into polishing instead of just sealing, because the difference in that room was worth every hour on the grinder.
