Can we talk about how power outages seem to happen right before elections?

I live in a small town in Ohio, about 2,000 people, and we had a 4 hour outage the morning of the 2020 election. Then again last November, another 3 hour blackout right at 8 AM on Election Day. Both times the power company said it was equipment failure but I drove past the substation and saw workers standing around doing nothing for an hour. Anyone else notice this pattern in their area?

Drivers just sitting in trucks with the engines off... not exactly rushing to fix anything.

Saw the same thing last week. Three trucks parked in the lot behind Home Depot. Two drivers were on their phones, one was eating a sandwich. Nobody was in a hurry to get anywhere. I watched for about 15 minutes while waiting for my wife to grab something. Not a single guy got out to check on anything under the hood or grab tools. Just sitting there.
