My bank app glitched 4 times in one week and now I'm side-eyeing every 'glitch' story I see online
Last Tuesday my bank app showed a deposit of $2,300 that just wasn't there. I sat on hold for 45 minutes only to get told it was a 'display error.' Then on Friday my card got declined at a grocery store in Denver for a $12 sandwich even though I had $800 in the account. The app said my balance was negative $4,700 for about six hours before it fixed itself. Every time I ask, they say it's a glitch and nothing I need to worry about. But how many 'glitches' do you have to see before you start thinking it's not a bug, it's the system working how they want it to? Anybody else had their bank numbers just go sideways like this?
