I just wrote about how I remember 'Berenstein' Bears, not 'Berenstain', and the response was huge. Anyone else have a conspiracy theory that just took off like that?

Honestly, my buddy had this happen with the whole "Shazaam" movie thing. He wrote a long post about Sinbad genie memories and it blew up overnight. People were sharing their own super specific details, like the cover art and scenes that never existed. Tbh it kinda freaked him out how many others remembered it exactly the same way.

Saw a deep dive once that blamed it on a mix of old VHS covers and that other Sinbad movie from the 90s. Our brains are just weird at putting stuff together.
