Spent $40 on a book about the JFK files and it made me question everything

I bought a used copy of 'Crossfire' by Jim Marrs for about forty bucks last month. I was just curious about the different theories, you know? Reading it step by step, the amount of witness accounts that changed or were ignored is wild. Now I'm down a rabbit hole looking at old newsreels. Has anyone else read this and found a specific part that just didn't add up for them?

The magic bullet theory always seemed off, right @richardknight?

The single bullet theory from the Warren Commission has over 20 witnesses who said they heard shots from the grassy knoll, not just the book depository. If you look at the trajectory they mapped out, the bullet would have had to make a right turn in midair to hit both Kennedy and Connally the way they described. It's wild how the official story relies on that one bullet doing so much work, @spencer_moore39. Even the original autopsy photos and the Zapruder film seem to tell a different story when you actually watch them frame by frame.
