I compared two quote systems and it was NOT even close

I spent 6 months using a complicated spreadsheet I built myself for quoting drywall jobs. Every line item had to be typed in manually and I kept messing up the markup percentages. Last week I finally tried a simple quoting app I saw an ad for on Facebook. This thing had material prices already loaded and I just picked the room size from a drop-down menu. My quotes went from taking 45 minutes down to maybe 10 minutes each. Has anyone else made a switch like this and felt stupid for waiting so long?

Fiskars 12 foot one holds up better than the Stanley ones I've tried. The lock mechanism on the Stanley always starts slipping after a few months of daily use. Idk if it's just the way I use it but the Fiskars has been solid for over a year now.
