Saw something wild at a job site in Boise last week
I was checking out a new housing development over by the river, and one crew had their whole material staging area set up on a giant blue tarp. The foreman told me they started doing it after losing about $500 worth of lumber to mud and water damage on the last project. It looked super clean and organized, way better than just piling stuff on the ground. Has anyone else tried something like this for site organization?

My buddy's crew in Phoenix saved a ton of plywood by using old billboard tarps.
