Why I finally quit fighting the digital bid sheet

I ran my small drywall outfit on paper quotes for 8 years because I figured clients liked the personal touch. Last month a GC in Columbus said he'd pass unless I used the hub's template, so I gave it a go and won the 12k job in 2 days. Has anyone else seen owners stop returning calls when you send a PDF instead of the standard form?

Man, I used to swear by paper quotes too but that PDF thing flipped me.
