Finished my first balayage on a real client after 8 months of practice on mannequins

She tipped me $20 and said it looked better than her $400 salon job, which felt pretty good for a Tuesday afternoon in Tulsa - anyone else have a client who just made your day out of nowhere?

Highlights are expensive but women know what they're paying for... worth it to some. Guess her priorities shifted quick when real life hit. Kinda funny how vanity fades when survival kicks in.
