That 12-dollar peel-off mask I laughed at actually worked
My coworker Dana from the salon on 5th insisted I try this peel-off mask she got at a beauty supply in Mesa. I figured it would be another gimmick, but after 3 uses my t-zone looked less clogged than it has in years. It smelled like bubblegum and left my face red for ten minutes, but the results were real. Has anyone else found a cheap product that outdid a high-end one?

That cheap green tea scrub from the dollar store did more for my rough patches than the fancy one my sister swore by. The dollar store stuff has actual grit in it, not those wimpy microbeads. Sure, it smells like a lawnmower bag and you gotta scrub gentle, but my chin feels like a baby's butt after. Sometimes the weird stuff just hits different, you know?
