Why do clients argue about toner after they pick the shade themselves?
Had a lady in Boise yesterday point at a swatch, I mixed it exactly, and she said it looked too ashy, like I somehow swapped the formula on her. She asked for a warm gold, I gave her warm gold, and then she said her old stylist 'knew better'. Anyone else get blamed for what the client picked?
