Heard from a contact that the timeline might be off. They're only marking it for now, with real work starting in the fall. I'd wait for an official update.

Hold on, that doesn't sound right to me. I've been keeping an eye on this, and the marking is more than just for show. It's actually the first step of the real work (they have to map everything out before digging in). The timeline might seem off, but it's all part of the plan. Fall is when the heavy lifting starts, but what's happening now is crucial. So I wouldn't say wait for an update, because this is how it's supposed to go.
