I thought a 3D walkthrough for a custom build was just a fancy sales pitch...

My builder in Charlotte insisted on it, and seeing the virtual layout before we poured the foundation caught a major flow issue with the kitchen. Anyone else have a feature they were wrong about?

Wait, didn't a friend of mine have a whole nightmare with this? He just ran one extra cable behind his TV for "future proofing" and now it's just sitting there coiled up collecting dust, totally useless because the new tech uses fiber instead. Lowkey feels like a waste of money, but I guess it's better than needing to tear out drywall later.
