My concrete guy took 5 extra weeks because of a single hose bib placement argument
So we are building in Round Rock and the plan had the hose bib on the east wall. The concrete sub poured the slab and left the stub out 3 feet off from where the plumber marked it. Took 5 weeks of back and forth, 3 re-inspections, and a $400 re-core to fix it. The framers were standing around for 2 weeks waiting on that one pipe. Anyone else had a trade swear they followed the plans when the tape measure says otherwise?
