Noticed something smart at a modular home factory in Ohio

Went on a tour of a modular builder's facility near Columbus last month. They had this laser-guided layout system on the floor that kept every wall panel within a quarter inch. The foreman said it cut their rework time by 30% since they switched from chalk lines. Has anyone else seen that kind of setup on a job site, or is it just a factory thing?

A quarter inch with a laser guided system? That's wild. I've seen guys on regular sites fight over an eighth of an inch with a tape measure and still end up shimming everything.
