Open floor plans are overrated after visiting a house in Denver
I went to see a custom build in Denver last month and the whole main floor was one giant room with zero walls. The noise from the kitchen bounced right into the living area and there was no place to put a bookshelf or a quiet corner. Has anyone else talked clients out of the wide open layout and gotten pushback?
