Vent: my GC told me my tile layout was wrong and I finally listened
I was dead set on running 12x24 tiles straight stack in the Smithfield house, but the GC walked the floor with me and showed how it'd fight the hallway jog. Switched to a 1/3 offset and it laid out clean, anyone else get talked out of their plan like that?

My buddy Dave got talked into 1/3 offset last spring too.
