I stopped using password managers for about 4 months and here's what happened

I ditched Bitwarden back in March to test if I could rely purely on memory and a physical notebook for my 40+ accounts. By week 6 I had to reset passwords on 12 sites and ended up locked out of my own email for a full weekend. Has anyone else gone back to a manager after trying the 'old school' approach and just felt dumb about it?
