Finally had a calm talk about abortion with my cousin after 4 years

My cousin and I stopped speaking after the 2020 election because we kept shouting about abortion rights. Last Sunday we met at a diner in Pittsburgh and used a timer, each got 5 minutes to speak without interruption. Has anyone else tried a structured format like that to talk with family, and did it actually hold up?
