Volunteer church security in Dayton asked me to leave after I objected to their 'smile policy'
Last Sunday I was helping greet at a church in Dayton and the head usher told me my neutral face was scaring kids, so when I asked if they wanted me to enforce that on everyone including the deacon who never smiles, they had me stand outside for the whole service, do you think security volunteers should get to police facial expressions?

Honestly this sounds like a power trip more than anything. Like a smile policy for greeters is one thing but making you stand outside over it is just petty. Maybe just find a different church, seems like they got bigger issues than your face.
