Vent: it took me 3 visits to the Denver permit office to get a simple fence approved
Brought the same site plan 3 times and got a different answer each visit, so I finally asked for the rules in writing and the guy printed me a 2 page checklist. Anyone else in Denver County had luck just emailing the plans in instead of going down there?

The email route worked for me after my second trip to the Denver office. I sent the site plan to the residential permit email and got a reply in about 4 days with the actual reviewer's notes, not just front desk guesses. Worth a shot before you burn another morning in line.
