A regular customer's comment about my waiting area changed how I run my shop

Tbh, this guy named Marcus told me last spring that my front office felt like a dentist's lobby, all cold metal chairs and dead plants. I swapped in some warm lighting and a coffee station, and now folks actually hang around and chat before their appointments, has anyone else had a small tweak like that shift the whole vibe?

Ngl, next step is swapping those dead plants for a fish tank and you'll have people never wanting to leave. Just watch out for the guy who'll start treating it like his own living room.
