A warning about a specific permit inspector in the Eastern Market area
I had a run-in with an inspector last month who insisted a minor sign change needed a full $850 variance application. He said, 'You can try to appeal, but my word is what goes on the form.' Has anyone else dealt with this guy, or know a better contact at the Buildings Department?
