Had a guy swear his 'secret sauce' recipe would save my failing deli

Back in June my sandwich shop in Hamtramck was barely breaking even, so a regular offered me his grandpa's so-called magic sauce recipe for $150. I was sure it was a ripoff, but I figured what the heck and tried it on the menu. Now I'm selling 40 extra subs a day because people come in asking for 'that creamy stuff' - anyone else got a weird fix that actually worked?
