Hit 100 Google reviews for my shop on Grand River and it snuck up on me
I run a small operation on Grand River near Schaefer and a customer told me we crossed 100 reviews on Google this week. I never watched the number, so it caught me off guard. What got us there was asking every single customer at pickup, nothing fancy, just a card with our name on it. Any other owners in Detroit find that asking in person beats email follow ups? I want to know what actually works for you.
Ha, 100 reviews sneaking up on you is a good problem to have. In person beats email every single time, it's not even close. An email gets buried in five seconds but a real ask at pickup is awkward to blow off, so people actually do it. The card with your name on it is smart too, keeps it easy for them. Keep doing that and you'll be at 200 before you notice again.
