One credit union beat my old bank's payroll setup by miles

I ran two shops in Hamtramck and used PNC for 8 years. Switched to Flagstar's small business accounts last quarter, and their ACH batch processing saved me about 6 hours a week on payroll. The online portal actually shows pending transactions in real time, my old one didn't update until the next day. Has anyone else dealt with lagging bank feeds messing up their books?
