Rent increased 40% after a new landlord bought our strip mall
Our lease was up in March and the new owner jacked the rent from $2,100 to $2,950 with zero negotiation, same building, same parking lot, no upgrades. Has anyone had luck pushing back on these corporate buyers, or did you just pack up and move?
