Spent 4 hours chasing a phantom drain in my shop's basement

Turned out a raccoon had chewed through the PVC pipe under the floor, and I only found it because I noticed the water bill was $200 higher than normal. Anyone else deal with critters messing up their plumbing?

Animals are just being animals, frustrating as it is they don't know any better.
